助けて下さい

My friend asked me to translate a business coversation into Japanese for his sister. Some of the scentences are too complex for me >___< I did some of them, though. (Global is the name of the company)

1. Hi is this Adrian Love?
Sore wa adrian love desu ka?

2. yes.
Hai, sou desu.

3. Do you mind if I call you Adrian?

Iie, sore wa ii yo.

5. Great! This is Maria from Global. How are you today?
Nee. Global kara watashi wa Maria desu. Genki desu ka?

6. I'm fine.
Hai, genki desu.

7. What is this about?
Sore wa nani tsuite?

8. Have you heard about Global?
Global wo shirimasu ka?

9. This won't take long.

10. We have been servicing the expatriate community for over 8 years and our role is to look after successful individuals like yourself.

11. I am assistant to Adrian Love, director of our private banking operation

12. The purpose of my call is to organize time for you to get together with him so that he can explain our services and see if there are oppourtunities that are helpful to you.

Ugh sorry there's so many sentences O_o

>>Adrian Love様でいらっしゃいますか?
>>you have to add 様"sama" after persons first name on buisiness transaction conversation.

3. Do you mind if I call you Adrian?
>>Don't say that when you are speaking to some Japanese on buisiness transaction. It is really impolite in Japan.

5. Great! This is Maria from Global. How are you today?
>>GlobalのMariaともうします。
>>And you don't need to ask "How are you today?" to Japanese.

7. What is this about?
>>どのようなごようけん(ご用件)でしょうか?

8. Have you heard about Global?
>>Globalをごぞんじでしょうか?

Could you give me a little bit more information?
1, Who is the one making a phone call and who is the one receive the calling? And who "Adrian Love" is?

I have to understand it to make sure prior to teach you Q11 to 15.
